What we've built.

Two products, two industries, one way of working. ClaimVision is generally available to US property insurers. Showroom IQ is ready for beta for fashion wholesale. Both read the documents and data a team would otherwise handle by hand, and both show their work.

ClaimVision: AI claims intelligence for US property insurers.

ClaimVision is an AI claims intelligence platform for US property carriers. It turns every page of a claim into structured data before your team opens the file, and lets them question that data with the evidence attached.

ClaimVision is a product of Decision Agency.

  1. ClaimVision's upload screen for claim, policy, first-notice and inspection PDFs.

    01 / 04

    Drop in the file.

Claim, policy, first-notice and inspection PDFs go in as they are. No templates, no re-keying.

  2. ClaimVision's photos view on a fictitious example claim: eight storm-damage photos, each tagged with what it shows.

    02 / 04

    Photos and pages, read together.

The adjuster report, the estimate, the policy and every photo are read as one file. Each photo is tagged with what it shows, so nobody scrolls through a hundred images to find the roof.

  3. ClaimVision's assistant answering a coverage question on a fictitious example claim, marking what needs review and asking for the policy page it doesn't have.

    03 / 04

Ask a question, get the page.

Adjusters ask in plain English. The answer cites its sources, and when a document it needs isn't in the file, it says so and asks for it instead of guessing.

  4. ClaimVision's claims overview as a map, with weather radar, hurricane tracks and flood zones over open claims.

    04 / 04

    See across every open claim.

The same reading powers the portfolio view: open claims on a map, with weather radar, hurricane tracks and flood zones alongside.

Example claim. Fictitious demo data; names are invented. Screens from ClaimVision.

Who it's for

US property insurers and carriers, MGAs, TPAs and independent adjusting firms.

What it reads and checks

The whole claim file: adjuster and inspection reports, estimates, the policy and endorsements, correspondence and photos. It checks coverage and cites every finding to clause and page, flags missing items and subrogation opportunities, and keeps an append-only audit trail. Every financial figure is checked before it is quoted: it carries a gold, silver or bronze quality label, or it is withheld until it can be confirmed.

Security

ClaimVision runs on Microsoft Azure. It is built to SOC 2 principles and is working towards SOC 2 Type 2.

Proof

On a real large-loss claim, ClaimVision did a full day's reconciliation work, exactly, in under a minute.

Market: United States (Europe later).

Does ClaimVision replace the claims system? No.

It sits on top of Guidewire ClaimCenter, Duck Creek, Sapiens or a system built in-house. The core keeps the record. People keep the decision.

An intelligence layer vs. replacing the platform
Topic ClaimVision: intelligence layer Full platform replacement
Existing systems Stay in place. ClaimVision reads the documents they already hold. Replaced or re-implemented; data migrated.
Risk profile Additive. Runs in parallel with the current process until it has earned trust. Cutover risk on the system of record itself.
Who decides the claim People, with everything in front of them and an audit trail behind them. People, inside someone else's workflow.

Ready for beta · Fashion wholesale

Showroom IQ: season intelligence for fashion wholesale.

Fashion brands sell wholesale through digital showrooms like JOOR, but the order data lands in exports that someone downloads, merges and reconciles before anyone can say how the season is going. Showroom IQ is our own invention, created during an engagement with a renowned B2B fashion business. It is built and ready for beta, and it connects to JOOR API data.

Sync.
Orders arrive over the JOOR API as the season happens. Nobody downloads an export.
Reconcile.
The ERP stays the golden source. Every figure traces back to where it came from.
Decide.
Forecast rounds lock with an audit trail, and client-ready reports come from the same data.

Fair questions

Can you build something like this for us?

That is what we do. Bring the workflow that eats your team's week, and we'll tell you honestly whether there's a product in it.

Does ClaimVision replace our claims system?

No. It is an intelligence layer on top of Guidewire ClaimCenter, Duck Creek, Sapiens or an in-house system. The core keeps the record.

Who decides the claim?

Your people. ClaimVision reads, checks and cites; the adjuster decides, and the audit trail records both.

Can we trust the figures ClaimVision quotes?

Every financial figure is checked before it is quoted. It carries a gold, silver or bronze quality label, or it is withheld until it can be confirmed, and every finding is cited to its clause and page.

Is Showroom IQ available?

Showroom IQ is ready for beta. If your team sells wholesale through JOOR, start a conversation.

Bring us the workflow. We'll tell you if it's a product.

Thirty minutes. Bring a real example: a file, an export, the spreadsheet everyone argues about. We'll tell you honestly whether there's a product worth building.
