About Decision Agency
What is Decision Agency?
Decision Agency is an AI product studio. It built ClaimVision, AI claims intelligence for US property insurers, and Showroom IQ, season intelligence for fashion wholesale that is ready for beta, and it builds AI products like them for other businesses.
Who is behind Decision Agency?
Decision Agency was founded in 2025 by Tom Welgemoed. Our sister company, Decision Crew, is an AI consultancy. Same founder, separate firms.
Is Decision Agency the same company as Decision Crew?
No. Decision Crew is a separate AI consultancy with the same founder. Decision Agency builds and owns products; Decision Crew does not own ClaimVision.
Who owns ClaimVision?
ClaimVision is a product of Decision Agency. The company behind it is Decision Agency OÜ, registered in Tallinn, Estonia, with registry code 17184257.
Where is Decision Agency based?
Decision Agency OÜ is registered at Ahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. The team is based in the Netherlands.

What kind of work makes a good product?
Work where skilled people spend their day reading documents and re-typing what they find, where the numbers live in exports and spreadsheets that someone reconciles by hand, and where the decision needs judgement but the reading and reconciling don't.
How do you build a product?
In four steps. Discover: we sit with the people doing the work and map what actually happens. Prototype: real interfaces on real documents, reviewed before a line of production code. Build: one workflow, fully replaced, on top of the systems you already run. Run: we stay with what we build, and monitor, support and improve it.
What happens in the first conversation?
We listen to how the work happens today, look at a real example if you can share one, and tell you whether we think there's a product in it. If there isn't, we'll say so.
ClaimVision
What is ClaimVision?
ClaimVision is an AI claims intelligence platform for US property carriers. It turns every page of a claim into structured data before your team opens the file, and lets them question that data with the evidence attached. It is generally available at claimvision.ai.
Does ClaimVision replace our claims system?
No. It is an intelligence layer on top of Guidewire ClaimCenter, Duck Creek, Sapiens or an in-house system. The core keeps the record.
Who decides the claim?
Your people. ClaimVision reads, checks and cites; the adjuster decides, and the audit trail records both.
Can we trust the figures ClaimVision quotes?
Every financial figure is checked before it is quoted. It carries a gold, silver or bronze quality label, or it is withheld until it can be confirmed, and every finding is cited to its clause and page.
Is ClaimVision secure?
ClaimVision runs on Microsoft Azure. It is built to SOC 2 principles and is working towards SOC 2 Type 2.
Showroom IQ
What is Showroom IQ?
Showroom IQ is season intelligence for fashion wholesale. It syncs orders from JOOR over the API, reconciles them against the ERP as the golden source, and turns them into forecasts and client-ready reports.
Is Showroom IQ available?
Showroom IQ is ready for beta. If your team sells wholesale through JOOR, start a conversation.
Does Showroom IQ replace our ERP?
No. The ERP stays the golden source. Showroom IQ matches orders against it, and every figure traces back to where it came from.
