If you email the company, that message is used to reply to you and is kept as ordinary correspondence. You can ask for it to be deleted.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access, a copy, correction, or deletion of personal data the company holds about you. You can also ask to restrict or object to processing, and you can ask to receive personal data you provided in a portable form. You can complain to a supervisory authority.
